Question on creating a .ipa or .deb

All,

i have a package backup installed and like it very much..

i was wondering how i can create a .deb or .ipa of this package
so i can just install it after i re-jailbreak my phone, without going into
cydia to download it again.

any ideas or links to explain ..

most of the links i have found explain how to install them, or they
are non-existent anymore..

itunes>apps>find the app and drag it onto your desktop

You can't... You have to jailbreak, run Cydia, install/setup PackageBackup and then you should be good to go.
