Question on getting an iPhone from the US for Europe

Hey!

I am thinking about getting an iPhone 5 from the US because it's over 100€ cheaper than buying it in Germany.
The problem: I would need the CDMA model, because the European model is exactly the same as the CDMA model, just with the CDMA part shut down. Is it possible to buy an CDMA iPhone 5 without Verizon/Sprint contract and the GSM part unlocked?

I'd appreciate you help,
