Hi all

Upon searching the internet, I can't seem to figure it out so I thought I'd ask any experts here (forgive me, because I'm kind of a newbie when it comes to tinkering with the insides of computers):

I have an old Time Capsule (with a 500 GB HDD) in it which I haven't used in ages. I'd like to take the HDD out of the Capsule and convert it to an external hard drive using a USB 3.0 enclosure or maybe even a Thunderbolt enclosure.

I'm assuming that's possible, isn't it? I mean..is the idea...removing the HDD from the timecapsule and then simply inserting it into the enclosure?

If so...are there enclosures that you all may recommend?

thanks!
