In Windows XP, I had Korean installed under my regional settings so I can read and type Korean.

I visited a Korean site on my mac today and I was able to view it, but I am lost on typing korean.

Can anyone help a beginner out? Thanks.

Go to System preferences>International>Input menu, click all the languages you'd like to appear, then click the "Show input menu in menu bar" box. In the menu bar drop down menu (you'll see a little flag) choose the language and start typing away. voila!
