Carrier Question on iPhone Carrier Upgrades at Apple Stores in Canada

Tomorrow I will potentially be switching carriers from Bell to Telus and I was wondering if Telus has Buy-It-Back pricing in the Apple Store when doing carrier upgrades, and whether anyone here has experience with carrier upgrades in store and what the experience was like.
