Hi everyone

Doing an install and was wondering does the Mac app store automatically give you the most current install of previous OS X versions. I'm downloading OS X Mountain Lion and wondered if its 10.8.5 with the latest security update already integrated or not.

Thanks in advance!

I would say not.
I have not seen any change to the full installer download since the system update to 10.8.5 - and there have been several security updates for ML since that last system update. Those security updates would be all rolled into the latest one, so you would only have a single security update.

So, download Mountain Lion.
Install
Check for updates after you install. There will be several - Safari, security update, iTunes, not sure what else.
