Question on ordering 6s from Apple

Do you know if Apple honors iPhone 6s contract less payment for Verizon? The only thing I saw during pre-order was you had to pay 200$ down? Does that mean I am going to have to pay the remaining balance on the device from Apple using PayPal credit?
