Hello,

I have just discovered that in the Photostream folder of my iPad there are many photos much older than 30 days.

In total there are about 800 photos older than 30 days.

I thought, every photo older than 30 days would have been deleted.

What have I missed?

Please advise, thanks, daniele

I think they'll remain until you hit 1000 photos, then begin to be removed after stored longer than 30 days. Either way, if you want to keep them, ensure they're in a library on iPhoto, or in a camera roll on an iOS device.
