Question on re-installing apps from iTunes

I upgraded my 4 to iOS 5 the other day and during restoration, my laptop crashed this buggered up my backup.

I got my 4s today and have to start the phone as new and having to reinstall all the apps I bought on iTunes.

Can someone confirm that when it says install on an app, that I won't get charged again for it having paid the first time on my ip4
