So I convinced my wife to upgrade her 3G to an iPhone 4, partly because her 3G has gotten so slow. I took the oppurtunity to order a 32GB since I should have gotten one of those in the first place, and I'm going to give her my 16GB, which will double her 8GB 3G and have plenty of space. My question is what exactly do I need to do for this swap? I think I figured everything out, but any tips/insight would be appreciated:

1. Activate her phone when it arrives
2. Back up her old 3G
3. Back up my current iP4
4. Restore current 16GB iP4 with her 3G backup
5. Restore new 32GB iP4 with my 16GB iP4 backup

Sounds easy enough :D

Yes, that should be all you need to (with the above-mentioned sim-swap after step 3).

Don't the phones need to be unlocked for the sim swap to work?
