Question on two hd's

Let's say I order the new MBP with a SSD.

I'm thinking I would probably want to put another HD where the CD thing is.

If I do that, is my MBP still under warranty? How easy is the install?

Does it make sense to just get the 128 SSD in that case and then get a large HD?

And as far as installing things you would put all apps on the boot SSD drive and then all "extra" files in your secondary HD?

Would this still be a fast setup or should I just try to get even two SSD's in this case?

It's not covered under warranty with the second HD in, you'd have to replace it with the optical drive if you ever took it in for repair.
