Question on uMBP 13inch and pivoting external monitors

Apologies if this has been asked before. I am in the process of purchasing a uMBP 13inch and a Dell 2209WA external monitor with pivot. I intend to use the pivoting function frequently, could someone kindly tell me whether the GeForce 9400M card supports screen rotate via System Prefs or not?

works with my uMBP on my dell 2208...(which has awful color accuracy BTW - be careful buying from dell )
