But, the simple answer is: If you want to run a Windows program (install, and run), then you need to have Windows installed. Several different methods to do that.

You can use your Boot Camp software to help you install Windows (which you also need to purchase).
Or you can use one of the virtualization solutions, which is an app, such as Parallels, or VMWare, to run Windows as an app. You still need to purchase Windows to make the virtual machine, in addition to the VMWare or Parallels, etc.
There are also free solutions, but you still need Windows (which is not free... )
Once you have your chosen solution in place, then install your Windows app in the usual way that you would install on any Windows system.
