Question?? (PowerBook heat)

I have a 15" 1.5Ghz Powerbook and a Crumpler School Hymn 15. I always have my PB on my lap and when I'm using it I always keep the PB inside the Crumpler School Hymn, Is that safe? I just read on another forum something about that being very bad to do because of the heat?

I will give your thread a bump and give you my opinion. If you are just surfing the net or typing you are probably ok the way you are using it now. However, if you plan on doing something more CPU intensive then you should probably take it out while in use. The fans blow out the back and if you have that blocked you could cause overheating. Again, i'm not an Apple engineer so you can't hold me to this
