Question re. 2.0.1 > 2.0.2

I'm currently running a jailbroken 2.0.1, if I upgrade to 2.0.2 and QuickPwn it, can I then restore from my backup in iTunes to give me back all my apps, both AppStore, Cydia and SSH'd ones? Or will I have to install them all again?

I just QuckPwn'ed mine to 2.0.2, your AppStore apps will still be there, not your Cydia ones. Though most of your files will still be there. For example, all my NES roms are still in the /var/mobile/Media/ROMs/NES directory as well as my MxTube video clips.
