Morning,

I have an Iphone6 on the EE network in the UK. I noticed on my latest bill that two basic text messages I had sent were converted to MMS therefore I have been charged, in this case at a charge of 42p a time. I have spoken with EE and they state that I had sent my messages to an email address. The number shows as 10020250100.

I need to stop this as I send a lot of texts and the charges will become punitive. I have unchecked MMS in my message settings.

My question relates to my contacts.

I notice that in one of my contacts the format is as follows:
Name at the top and left to right it goes: message - mobile - FaceTime - mail.

On the numbers where I have been charged (also an iPhone) it is: home - call - FaceTime - home.

I can't see why they would be different. It seems that this is something that has only started recently.

I hope my question made some sense.
