Hi guys,
I just checked what app-specific passwords I've set up via appleid.apple.com. I saw that I had 3 for the app "Fantastical" (a calendar app). So I revoked the first 2 because I've created them on older Macs that I no longer use. So now I just have 1 app-specific password that I use for the app on my MBP. So far so good.
The kind of strange thing is that after I deleted the first 2 app-specific passwords and going into the app to check if everything still works I got the message that my Apple-ID and telephone number get used on a new device (see below).
The name of the device is correct (it's my iPhone) but I really don't know how the action of deleting the app-specific passwords have something to do with that. Or is it just a bug and complete coincidence?
Thanks and best wishes
Chris
Edit: Continued here since it turned out to be an iOS problem. So this thread can also be deleted.
