Question regarding App transfer to iPhone 5

I have a jailbroken iPhone 4, with several Apps that have stuff I rather not lose, some of which were obtained through Installous. Let's take Whattsapp for example.

I've just got a iPhone 5, I'm willing to pay for the App, is there anyway I can transfer all the messages I have on my iPhone 4 to the 5?

Save the app's Documents and Libraries folder (using iFile, then transfer the files to your computer through Wi-Fi transfer...or use iTunes), wait until iPhone 5 gets jailbroken, restore those folders through iFile. Otherwise, you could email a log to yourself if you'd like but as far as I know there's no way to re-incorporate a text log file back into Whatsapp.
