Question Regarding App Updating

So, I have an American iTunes account, along with my Canadian account.
Now, whenever I get app update notifications, I have to sign into both accounts to update them. Is there any way that I can stay logged into one and update both, or am I stuck logging into both each time?

Also, is there a way to log into multiple iTunes accounts at the same time?
