question regarding apple 1on1 program

does anyone have it? what does it cover? I'm getting a new MacBook pro and I already have a MacBook but its about 6 years old(70gb hard drive, that's how old) and I wanted to transfer all my songs from old laptop to new laptop with everything looking the same in iTunes and me not losing all my cue points for the songs in serato(DJ program) then delete my old laptop 100% so it had nothing on it - like they told me to get 1on1 membership but I was just wondering what else can do they do?
