Does my AT&T bill have to be paid in order for me to purchase a 3G S iPhone? It isn't due until July 7th. So, if I were to walk in an AT&T store, would I have to pay the $399+$18+taxes, and the upcoming month's bill in advance, or just the $399+$18+taxes?
