I personally would not buy ANY new or refurbished Mac at this point in time UNLESS it had 8gb of RAM installed.

There's no way you can upgrade the 4gb of RAM -- you'll be stuck with it as long as you own the computer.

Are you SURE you'll never need more?

I previously purchased Refurb from apple and they are great, no issues no problems

i think you are correct, 4gb is less and I will wait for few more days for soomething to show up on the store
 
Retinas are only upgradable if they are early 2013 models or older. The RAM cannot be upgraded, but the SSD can.

Late 2013 to today's models cannot be upgraded without pulling parts from another machine.
