Hey guys, I'll picking up a new Macbook pro soon and just got an external hard drive to help move all my files over. Basically its going to be all my music from iTunes, A few HD movies and alot of pictures.

My questions are:

1. Will my iTunes library stay intact or will I have to rename all the files in iTunes on the MBP. I'm hoping for the new library to be a mirror image of my current one.

2. Will my HD movies be transferable to the mac? They're not in quicktime format.

3. Is it possible to migrate my firefox bookmarks + settings over?

4. Any benefits to owning a Mac over a PC in terms of iPhone compatibility?

Thanks!:apple:

The metadata should be the same from machine to machine, but you might have to re-import your library into the new copy of iTunes on the new machine.

Yes....

Nothing that isn't entirely subjective.
