Question regarding non-commitment option

I am pre ordering the iphone right now, but seems like there is no option for the non-commitment option. Can anybody tell me if there is an option for it? Thank you very much.

When i ordered mine on apple.com there was an option there. You did however had to have active service with AT&T.

Give is a clue. Which country are you in? Where i live all iPhones ordered from Apple are unlocked, PAYG.

I don't see another for it. It show's 299.00 according to my ATT plan, but i don't want to upgrade the plan with the iphone. I just want to the phone itself.

Lucky for you, People in US needs to bang their head against the wall til it bleeds before they can pre-order it.
