Question regarding push email - Disabling Times & Personal vs. Busines plan?

Does anyone know of a way to disable the push functionality during specific times? For example, I'm wondering if it's possible to disable push email during the times I am not at work, in order to save battery life.

Also, when I bought the 3G phone they asked if I was going to be doing exchange email and if so, I needed to get the business plan. Is this really true? Can I get away with doing exchange email w/out having to get the business plan?

Any thoughts?

I have the same concern about disabling push during specific timeframes. It would really be great if this could be done (WM has had this for ages), it's a battery saver, and a headache saver
