Question Regarding Replacement Heatsink Fan Brands (Who's Better and Where to Buy?)

My Macbook Pro Left Fan Assembly (part number 922-7916) is dying/dead at this point, and I need to replace it fast.

First question is, does anybody know of a place where I can get this locally (I'm located in Orlando, FL)?

Secondly, looking on Ebay and elsewhere, I've noticed two different brands for this fan/part: Delta Electronics and Sunon. The Sunon is cheaper between the two. Does it matter what brand I go with, is one better than the other (with figures to back it up)?
