Question regarding theme

This is a dumb question but I'm sick of having to keep jailbreaking my phone. When I install Zui in my phone it doesn't work. When I open the folder it has more Zui theme folders inside. I don't know which one I'm supposed to check or do I check them all to get it to work? I'm still new to this and keep messing my phone up to where I need to JB again. TIA
