Question sabout Harddrive sharing through Airport Extreme

I just bought a new 2TB hard drive and want to hook it up to my Airport Extreme. My questions are:
1)Will it be able to back up three different computers using my wireless network with Timemachine?
2)And I just backed up my laptop with the hard drive directly connected and when I connect the hard drive to the Airport will it back it up again making duplicates or will it just ignore that? If so is there a way to avoid the second backup?
3)Also can you program Timemachine to back up on a schedule i.e. 1 hour, 2 hour or one day intervals?
