Question Selling iPhone 4 on eBay

Need your help PLEASE, I'm ready to sell my iPhone 4 on eBay without the sim, but before I press submit, I wanted to make sure all my AT&T information and cell number is stored on the sim card. I sell my iPhone 4, then order the i4S and just insert the SIM I have now, as far as AT&T knows I keep my number and account information correct?
Is there any thing else I need to be aware off before selling on eBay?
