Question...the new iPhone Ad

The new iPhone Ad (twelve apps of Christmas) features an app at the end that turns the lights off in the room and activates the lights from the Christmas Tree.

Does anybody know which app that is? That is very cool. I'm sure it works with some blue tooth plug in device but I think it's something I'd like to give for Christmas. Help if you can, please.
