iPhone 13 Pro Max Question to ordering process (credit card)

I'm wondering how the ordering process is in terms of credit card.
Tomorrow I would love to preorder the iPhone, but my prepaid credit card has not enough money on it. I can refill it on Monday.
Does Apple check tomorrow how much they can charge from the credit card? Or is it fine when I have enough on it later?

I believe so. Otherwise they will put your order on hold.

Most credit card transactions electronically verify if the card can hold the balance before the order can go through.
Just wait a few more days until you can add more funds to the card - the iPhone 13 isn't going anywhere.
Personally I'm not a fan of this pre-order craze. I buy new phones after January.
