Question to the lawyers about reproduction of Apple logos and objects

Hello, I want to ask the lawyers: can I sell reproduction of Apple logos or Macintosh or iPods and other things in my graphic design works?
let's say I want to put this picture on a T-shirt and sell it, is it legal?
Or: I drew a picture with the first Macintosh on it, it also has the logo of Apple, can I sell this picture?

The answer will depend on your jurisdiction. The answer may be different depending on whether you are in the US, EU, Japan, China, Outer Mongolia...

Apple is notorious for going after people who use it's logo and products without permission.

They even went after a supermarket chain who's logo design was similar to that of their logo. The complications were that the supermarket chain were beginning to sell computers and Apple didn't want any sort of confusion to consumers..

@Kilamite: I remember it, but my work has popularized the firm Apple, it's like an advertisement for the company. Seeing such a logo in the picture you realize that this is Apple inc, and not some other company in the supermarket. Besides this is can be described like fan art, because we all apple fans - we making sales and illustrations like it - show our love to this company.

So, i'm still looking for lawyer answer, because I need to know for sure.

Lawyers are going to be unwilling to give proper legal advice over the internet, especially as you want to sell all over the world. Also, if you get it wrong you are opening yourself up to lawsuits. Trademark infringement can be serious, and depending on how your company (or lack of) is set up you may find yourself personally liable.

For a real answer much more detail would be needed- What are you selling? How obvious is the logo- instrumental or incidental? Will you be using the logo or a modification? I would seek proper advice on the matter.

You are blatantly taking something which is surely copywritten and using Apple's brand power to sell your product. Think about whether or not this is legal...

a registered trademark and copyrighted logos? and you don't have the permission of their owner to use them?
