Question update from iOS 7 Beta 6 to Public Release

First off I apologize if this topic was already discussed.

Can I plug my phone which is currently running iOS 7 Beta 6 into iTunes and when I check for new software will it install the public release? Or should I just install the GM onto the phone?

If this was already discussed and answered I will delete.

You might as well just install the GM now, it's exactly the same as the public release
