Question with AT&T Next...

So I currently have two lines (iPhone 5s, iPad) with the Next program. Both lines are ready to be upgraded. My questions are...

Does by AT&T bill need to be at a zero balance before I can pre-order?
Does the phone get shipped to me or do I pick it up at a designated store?
What exactly do I have to pay tonight/tomorrow?

As long as you aren't past due on your bill, you should be fine.

They ship it to your address, I think.

You pay the tax on the phones-probably 40-50 bucks apiece.
