I have an iPhone 5s. I just haven't got around to getting a six yet, but I was wondering, has anyone ever used the apple watch with an IPhone 5s? I plan on getting one later this week and was just curious!

My wife uses her Watch with her 5S. It works as designed.

Apple watch works with iPhone 5 and above. I'm sure it it will work fine with her iPhone 5S.
