Questions about how iSync works

I am using a Nokia e63 smartphone. Everything works fine when syncing, no issues there. My problem is my calendar is not the latest. iCal has the latest events by under iSync the calendar section has outdated categories to sync. Not sure how I make sync pick up updated iCal information.
