Questions About My Back To School MBPro Retina Order

I ordered via Back To School offer:

1) MacBook Pro Retina Display; 2.3, 8GB, 256GB
2) USB SuperDrive
3) AppleCare

Paid with:

$1862.12 Apple Gift Card; $610.00 Discover Card

Today I received:

1) Back To School Gift Card
2) USB SuperDrive
3) Email telling me I was charged for AppleCare

Waiting on:

1) MacBook Pro Retina Display; 2.3, 8GB, 256GB (Processing)

Of course as they are shipping my order they are deducting the money for the AppleCare and USB SuperDrive off the Apple Gift Card first. However, they also charged $100.00 off the Apple Gift Card for the Back To School Gift Card

My Questions:

1) Are they going to deduct $100.00 off the computer price when it ships?

2) Are they going to refund the $100.00 back to the Gift Card once the computer ships?

I realize I have to wait til the computer ships to be charged for the computer to validate the free charge for the Back To School Gift Card.

Well, Gotta wait for the computer because it my first Mac. So unless I wanna use it for iTunes, iBooks then I gotta wait

That is exactly what happened to me and I was worried something went wrong. When I called Apple they explained that because the gift card ships sooner and can be used right away they must charge for it but they will take 100 off the computer and you won't be charged for the computer until it gets ready to ship.
