However, there are Cydia apps that DON'T follow this methodology, which you purchase outside of the Cydia process. Several charge for every phone you install them on. mCleaner and iBlacklist are two that I know firsthand experience (in a bad way) with. HTH.

I wasn't sure if Cydia was sophisticated enough to recognize the user. I guess it uses your phone number?
