Questions About Purchasing Cydia Apps...

Hi all,

I was wondering that if I were to purchase apps such as BiteSMS and Lockinfo, what would happen if I restored my phone to update and then did another jailbreak? Would I have to repurchase the apps?

You won't have to pay again. Cydia will recognize that you've bought the app. I've redownloaded apps on my iPhone 4 that were bought with my 3GS.

However, there are Cydia apps that DON'T follow this methodology, which you purchase outside of the Cydia process.

Several charge for every phone you install them on. mCleaner and iBlacklist are two that I know firsthand experience (in a bad way) with.
