Questions about RAM upgrade

I am thinking about upgrading my RAM in MBP 13' Mid-2012.
What do I need to be aware of?

I upgraded my early-2011 MBP to 16GB. I had to buy a special screwdriver that fits those screws and also, be careful removing the existing RAM. It's kind of cramped in there if you have large hands.

Max memory is 16GB. Get the right speed and read reviews from people with macs.
