Questions about refurbished iMac and printer sharing

My desktop finally crapped out. I was looking for a cheap Mac, and found it in the refurbished store. I got two questions about it.

1. Is is still available for the free printer promotion? Do I add the printer to the cart before checkout and send in the forms after receiving the shipment?

2. I'm no sure how printer sharing works, but I'll be hooking up all the printers to the iMac. I think it is available from Sharing from System Preferences, but I have no idea how to set it up and I could not find any articles about it on google. If someone can explain this, redirect me to another site, or suggest an application that does the job that would be great.

Yes, the printer promotion applies. Make sure you order the iMac and the printer together.
