Questions about returning iPhone 4S

I realized 16GB is not enough so I want 32 GB. I ordered from Apple online...so I guess I gotta request a return box. How long does that take to get to my house?

Also after they receive it (The place where the returns go is only 2 minutes from my house) How long until my upgrade is reset so I can buy the 32 GB in the store?

Not sure if its different in America but I was told to use my own box and just print off a label and attach this to a box.

1. Has anyone ever been able to return an online order in store?

2. How long will I have to wait until my upgrade is set back (I will be without a phone)

AT&T says 3 days

Apple says 10 days.

Both are a joke. Especially since the place Im returning too (Apples website) is 30 seconds from here.

I know. I was asking if anyone has ever been able too though. Apple CS said some stores do, but rarely.
