Questions about streaming sound (output/input?).

Hello, I'm new here.

I stream a lot of video in chatrooms but I can't get the sound to stream along with the video. I have tried using SoundFlower but I haven't gotten it to work.

The other problem and I'm not sure if I can actually do this, is to not only stream the sound but to play the sound on my iMac's speakers. I guess output the sound both ways. I did some searching around and it looks like people have only been able to do it 1 way.
