questions about syncing iphone with windows 7

I have been a mac user for about 6 years and I just got a pc laptop (don't ask). Anyways, I have an iPhone 3GS that I want to start syncing with my laptop and I have a few questions.

Where will my contacts and calender entries live. On the Mac I have iCal and Address Book, what is the windows equivalent?

Can I continue to sync with both my Mac and PC and basically combine the information on both and have it live on my iPhone?

I don't know about the first question but for syncing contacts I think you have to choose only one, I don't think it's possible to choose two.

It would, but I would probably want to sync my contacts and calendar to Outlook.
