So I bought a MacBook refurbished in January of 2009. I hadn't had a problem with it until about a month ago. All of the sudden, it would not come out of sleep mode when I close it. I have brought it to the Apple Store twice already and both times they replaced something in it. I am still having the same problem. I am under warranty and I am going to bring it in a third time. If the problem still remains, will Apple Replace my computer?

Sorry, but any answer you get here is just speculation and guessing
We don't know the extent of your issues or what has been done

Some will say "yes" and tell you why, but they are not Apple
Some will say "no" and tell you why, but they are not Apple either

Others will tell you what happened to them
But every experience is different

You will need to ask this question when you take your computer back in

My macbook would not wake up a few times but I just shrugged it off and the problem just seemed to go away.

When you take it in this time, you can always ask about a replacement ... speak to the manager if you feel strongly about it, but be polite.
