Questions about the notes app

hi all, a few questions about the default notes app on ios9. I noticed it has developed really well (finally) and I'm going to start using it more frequently but two questions I was wondering.

One how much storage does it use up, by that I mean if there is a thousand notes will this be handled well storage wise and where can I see this as I can't see noted in the storage in settings.

Two some notes will be fairly big such as a journal, can it handle large notes or will it freeze up?

Can't really answer how much storage it uses... That depends how much you've used it. For me, I have about ten notes, which vary from mostly having two or three lines of test in to a large recipe and that takes up 227kb (looking in iCloud storage)
