Just a quick assessment of whom has taken there iPod touch back to Best Buyand what the response/service/questions/difficulties you might have had. I think alot of us are in a weird situation as to what to do.


I have one coming from Apple as well, but its on auto-refund so I'm not sure if I should take mine back to best buy and then deal directly with apple or vice versa. I'm pretty sure that BB has a 14 day return policy.

Comments on any of this?

I work for Best Buy (Geek Squad, don't hate on me. =P 2 years). to vouch for myself: my store is #1 in our district(geeksquad and in general), people who live 5 minutes from another store come to our store 1+ hour(s) away for the service we provide. the other stores in my district suck a lot, and they put a very bad image on the company.

I can pretty much answer any questions about returning product.

the iPods have a 30 day return policy. no restocking fee.
