just got the sony hdr-sr10...now that i filled up the internal hd...what files/folders do i need to burn for my backup?...i see a couple of folders

also, when i shoot in the evening...when the lighting is not bright as outside, i get lots of noise...i set the camera on easy mode...is that the reason? or how to set the camera for less noise in the picture?
