Questions on buying/jb'ing a new ipod touch 4g 32gb

If I was to buy one this weekend, would the ios version be 4.2.1 so I could jb with greenpois0n for windows?

If not, what would I need to do?

Also, would I be able to connect my ipod touch to the blackberry via bluetooth to use the blackberry bold's data connection?

Thanks, and yes it does work with ibluever, and a little setting tinkering. I'm just not sure between this or an ipad as you can do it on an ipad as well apparently lol
