Questions on reminders

I use often reminders using Siri and Apple watch.

I have two reminders list, mine i.e "Daniele reminders" and Family reminders. The issue I have is following:

Sometimes when I say "Hey Siri remember me to ...." or "Hey Siri set a reminder ...", the reminder is added to the Family list and not to mine, "Daniele reminder".

Under iPhone I have set up "Daniele reminder" as default list but sometimes I find the reminder added to the Family list.

What am I doing wrong? Please help,
