Questions on selling iphone 5

I plan on selling my iphone 5 on ebay. My question is, would I sell it without the sim card? Or do I leave the sim card in? I wiped the phone, and upgraded to the 5S. So there is no service anymore on the 5. Just not sure if I leave the sim card in or not.

You take the SIM card with you and put it in your new 5s. It's specific to you.
 
Thanks. The new phone already had a sim card in it. but I will remove the sim card and dispose of it then.
 
I left the sim card in my iPhone 5 when I sold it. It was a sprint model and I had cancelled service with sprint so no harm done... I think anyway.
